  Employees are rude and not helpful at all. I asked if I can get someone where things were employees that she can’t direct me… girl what???? try to like look for everything myself even though I’m not there for multiple shifts like they are and employees were just looking at me not offering help. Pretty sure retail service is supposed to be better than that, esp at sephora.

  I wanted to give a 5 star review. But truth is the costumer service isn't good. I feel they all hate to be there. The girl seemed upset I interrupted their conversation and then gave me the wrong shade of foundation. I almost bhought the wrong one. I feel no one likes to work at Assembly row. All young ppl there are like this.

  I'm the biggest Sephora hater ever. I have never had a pleasant experience in there. They never greet you, no one ever comes and ask if I needed help, I've been followed just to name a few things. All Sephora's seem to have the same problems. Didn't get greeted walking into this one as well so I'm gonna just say that's protocol. I'm giving it 3 stars because of Jai. She saw me looking a bit lost looking for a certain perfume and instantly assisted me. We had a solid conversation about fragrances and she guided me through the ones I needed. The only employee in there that even looked my way

  Went in knowing what I wanted to buy. I asked for help and the employee helping me was looking for the product. I said it's ok if there isn't any and she assured they recieved a shipment and would have someone look in the back. I waited 10 to 15 minutes in the same place. No one came by to tell us anything. Until a different employee rudely asked if we were looking for something. I told her we were waiting to see if someone had found the product i wanted in the back and she promptly answered that they didnt. I left right after annoyed that my time was wasted. I then went online and put in an order for the item I wanted for pickup at the same store as it was the only one that seemed to have the product I wanted. I would assumed they would have canceled it if they didnt have it. My order is ready for pickup. The product was in the store the whole time. They wasted my time just for fun. I will never shop from this store ever again.
