In this location you have to chase the staff for questions, they don’t care if you keep looking the same product for a while so I didn’t brought anything. When I left I saw 5 staff talking in group doing nothing. Will not come back to this location again.

She is not smile, use F word and frustrated when checked out for us. But at least, the person who help us shop is nice to deserve 3 stars.

I got a Sephora favorite perfume set including a perfume voucher a while ago and I wanted to redeem it today. The store manager refused to redeem the voucher. Her reason was that the product SKU on the voucher did not exist anymore. This is so funny! The SKU can be any number sephora assigns, but the product is still the same. The voucher never expires. It is like you get a new passport, then you are not yourself anymore? Maybe it is just time to not go Sephora anymore. Such a joke!

I was walking around the store a bit aimlessly as I wasn't sure what I wanted to purchase. I wasn't greeted (which I'm honestly not mad about I don't mind doing my own thing) yet after 10 minutes as I was swatching a few shades, I felt a gaze and presence following me. I thought it was a fellow customer at first and ignored it, but then noticed how this employee (older blonde lady) literally stalked me as I browsed from the front of the stores to the back near the checkout where the minis and samples are. I was bent over perusing the items when I saw her literally plop her self a foot away from me and monitor me. This happened repeatedly. I successfully picked out a cute new item, but left feeling extremely confused and uncomfortable, as I've never experienced this in my life. There were gaggles of tourists and teenagers walking around, and yet I was literally being followed. I hate that I have to even come to this conclusion, but I can't help but wonder if it was because I was the only non-white customer in the store at the time.
