My four star rating is because two weeks ago, another nurse was not so careful, and my original piercing was noticeably lopsided with the right, which I’d gotten in September. I didn’t realize what had happened until I arrived home because I trusted they’d done it right, and the nurse didn’t say anything or advise me to check if I liked it. Sarah removed it the next day, advised me to wait for it to heal, and then fixed it with no charge. Rowan is expensive and I would’ve expected better the first time around, but I’m really grateful Sarah made it right and did such a great job, and I’m pleased with my earrings now.

Since we were in the area yesterday to check out Lululemon, which was a couple of doors down, we popped right in. The store is very well lit, which will help you look at the jewelry next to your ear. It was also clean, welcoming and open. We were greeted by a nurse who was assisting another patron with the iPad and the was the end of the interaction with her. So we looked around at the different types of jewelry displayed and available to purchase. The nurse walked away for said patron and disappeared to the back. We continued walking around looking at the same things and the decor and still waiting for a check-in to see if we had questions, and nothing. I did find a piece of jewelry I wanted to inquire about and possibly purchase; however, the nurse was too occupied. This was about 10 to 15 minutes maybe a little over since we stepped into the shop that we had only one acknowledgment. One star for cleanliness. One star for decor and display.
