    When I walked in I notice the manager Stacy was training a new employee.(Also no one else was shopping or in the store yet.) While in the aisle I hear Staci talking crap about me to the new trainee. Stacie was trying to act like she was having a different conversation while she was talking crap about me in between different bogus sentences! It was incredibly rude, unnecessary and mean girl bully energy. I don’t understand why she couldn’t have even waited until I left? I’m disgusted by this treatment because I am a regular at this location. I have talked to 2 separate employees there on a few occasions. The conversation have lasted a little bit longer than expected because they were both nice people contributing to the conversation. I would never keep them from doing their job! (I would even say if I’m keeping you let me know.) I did confront THE MANAGER Staci when I went to pay. She denied everything of course. I did call corporate! It was embarrassing and rude! I would’ve had more respect if she just admitted it. I’m not an idiot. I can hear you. (I’m mind you this is a small store.)

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
