    staff are really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, great selections of products, well stocked. never had an issue finding something and they have pretty good prices.

    Smh! It's 2021 can they get a inventory cash register system that doesn't freeze everytime I come to replenish my Kenra color line!!!!!

    Can anyone help me????? Where did michelle move too???? What store does she work at now!????!!! Came to the Randolph store and was devastated that she wasn't here!!!!!! Needed help, and couldn't get a confident answer from the only worker in there today!!!!! HELP!!!!! Back today 6.20.20 and the cashing out system is still a problem. Plan on spending all day here if your doing a large purchase! It 2020, please get a better cashing out system!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
