I called the boutique and Susana patiently answered all of my questions. I booked my appointment, without hesitation, for later that same day. When I arrived, I immediately felt comfortable. The space was clean and beautifully decorated. Susana had me clean my lashes before we got started. I’d never had this in other salons! She provided me with the supplies and instructions I’d need to keep my lashes in the best condition for the 2 weeks until my refill. During the installation process, Susana made sure I was comfortable as she worked efficiently on each lash. When I saw the final product, I was amazed. I have never received a set of lashes that looked so natural! It has been a week since my installation and I can honestly say that the lashes look as good as they did when I left the salon. I look forward to returning for my refill and becoming a long term customer of Susana.
