- VMVeronica Markova4 days ago2.0I have been there twice, with two different stylists. I have mixed feelings for this place to say the least. The last time, two weeks ago, was pretty unpleasant. Started with washing my hair with cold water, with temperature in the teens outside. They said they ran out of hot water at the end of the day. Then the process of cutting my hair was a total mess! Nothing I had experienced before - everything she was cutting was falling on top of me. I was completely covered in hair that was so hard to remove. And yes, they give you a robe but that robe is more appropriate if you are getting make up or styling than a hair cut. It's barely covering your chest and arms. On top of that, the hairstylist was clearly annoyed because I wanted layers and she didn't think that's appropriate for me. It took me a lot to be nice and I still left a tip (my bad) despite this being an experience I never want to repeat. Giving the two stars because of the relatively pleasant experience I had the first time, at least compared to the last one I guess.

We both have thick and heavy hair which most salons don't know how to handle, but they cut and handled our hair perfectly. Beautiful salon, clean & professional. Good vibes, very friendly and welcoming. We'll definately be back.
