- SFSam FarnkoffMar 25, 20261.0I love this place so it kills me to post this but there is one bad apple ruining it for them. She is not ment to be in the service industry. Tonight was a time constraint. She did not want to have to spend 5 minutes cleaning the spray machine before she left for the night so she turns business away 30 minutes before close. Another night she could not take me because in her words the owner didn’t want them to take cash. That night I had exact change, this night she was quick to dismiss me with a very flat and firm NO I can’t put anyone in a machine after 6:30. I’m getting older so I know I can be A curmudgeon but if I had an employee blatantly turning away business I don’t think she’d be my employee any longer.
- MGMichele GrayMar 18, 20265.0Sun City Tanning is the best. They are so good about keeping up with the bulbs, so you will definitely get the color you want. The place is so clean and the staff is just so awesome. You will not be disappointed. (trust me, I am an "avid" tanner).

Right after purchasing a 5-session package, I noticed a sign for a better pre-pay option and asked the manager to switch it before using my first session. She apologized for not reviewing that option with me beforehand but said she couldn't make the change without the owner's permission. She told me she would reach out to him, but he ultimately did not honor the change-even though the request was made immediately and no services had been used yet. Instead of feeling supported as a customer, I was left dealing with an issue that could have been resolved easily and professionally. I'll finish my last session, but I won't be returning as a client. The way this situation was handled says a lot about how they value customer service!!
