- TCTara CallowFeb 13, 20261.0I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this tanning salon. Right after purchasing a 5-session package, I noticed a sign for a better pre-pay option and asked the manager to switch it before using my first session. She apologized for not reviewing that option with me beforehand but said she couldn't make the change without the owner's permission. She told me she would reach out to him, but he ultimately did not honor the change-even though the request was made immediately and no services had been used yet. Instead of feeling supported as a customer, I was left dealing with an issue that could have been resolved easily and professionally. I'll finish my last session, but I won't be returning as a client. The way this situation was handled says a lot about how they value customer service!!
