- EDElaina DandreoApr 12, 20242.0The girls here today need some training!!! Usually when going into a Sephora I have multiple employees asking if they can help me or point me in the right direction. Today I walked around the store for about 15 minutes and could not find one person to help me, even though there were multiple employees on the floor. They were all either doing their own make up, on their cell phones or turning away when I would make eye contact with them. I ended up finding what I needed on my own, then went to checkout where the woman did not say hello to me or ask if I wanted to use my points. Management get involved please.
