Despite having a visual guide, she seemed utterly incapable of executing the cut. She just kept cutting, completely disregarding the desired style, and the result is an absolute disaster. To make matters worse, when confronted with the poor outcome, she actually tried to blame claiming my hair was a "mess." I had long, fine hair that was perfectly manageable before she touched it. I wished i took a picture right before she choped it. Her incapabilty totally ruined my summer hair, leaving me with a cut that bears no resemblance to what I asked for. I absolutely do not recommend this hairdresser. I am incredibly disappointed.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
