This was by far the worst haircut i’ve ever gotten and one of the worst mistakes i’ve ever made. The woman who did my hair, not sure what her name is, she’s unprofessional, inexperienced and overcharged me for a haircut that was NOTHING to what I wanted. I cannot believe her and the other coworker who came into the place let me walk out like that. I even left a review off their website and nobody reached back out. I wish there was a zero star option, because if so that’s the type of score this location deserves. This place is not for anybody, it’s below mediocre. Do not bring your kids, your parents, your grandparents or yourself to this location. To the woman who did my hair, I wish I knew your name cause you should NOT be doing anybody's hair and should find a new career. Thank you Great Clips Northampton! ❤️

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
