BUT we placed our order and the plates were plated nicely here comes our few 😔 issues steaks as well as the shish kabobs were over cooked asked for medium causing some chewy beef, the round fries were cold and hardly visible on pkate . The food was delicious and favorable the grilled shrimp was perfectly seasoned and grilled . Our after dinner espressos and capacinno was great .

We had booked a appointment online for some pink highlights on my daughters hair. Needless to say 3 hrs later my daughter walked out of the salon with barley peach no where near pink highlights. $225.00 and was told to buy a $14.00 shampoo to keep the color in longer. Well 3 days later we wash her hair and it alllll came out! All of it! So we called the salon and they were nothing but nasty and rude, I was told to bring my daughter back in so they can look at it. When arriving to salon the manager was nasty so rude and didn’t even care about the issue. She said she would have someone add color to her hair again. They did but again! Walked out with peach hair! I want my money back! And they refused! Refused! I would never recommend this salon! Unless you like to be ripped off and treated poorly!

I showed Candice a rough idea of what I wanted and she absolutely nailed it. She cut my hair so perfectly that it frames my face just right. She even styled it in a way that I would actually wear. Over all I am so impressed with my experience at jcpenny salon and with Candice that I will be seeing her exclusively.
