  The reason for my low review is poor communication- I purchased a package when it was ideal image. The package is almost paid off but I’ve only received 1/4 of the service. I was never notified of the change over. I called and emailed MD several times after being told they couldn’t locate my contract. I sent over everything I had and waited a couple weeks to hear back. They reached out after several emails and calls to say they would honor my package but they never replied after I reached out about booking ASAP. On two occasions I was given the wrong email address of the person I should contact and on a 3rd, the woman who picked up told me she didn’t know the email address of the specific person in their office I was reaching out to. It seems like they don’t care at all to honor my contract, after spending thousands, I’m am very upset.

  Alex gave me results exactly what I was looking for. She had me come back in two weeks after my treatment to make sure everything was perfect. She remembered my son is playing baseball after just one appointment with her. I really enjoy going to Alex for my treatments!

  We had such a wonderful experience with Alex M. during my daughter’s laser hair removal treatment. My daughter is disabled, and Alex was incredibly kind, patient, and sensitive to her needs from start to finish. She took the time to carefully prepare my daughter for the treatment, explain what was going to happen, and make sure she felt comfortable and safe. Her compassion and professionalism truly meant so much to us. It’s not always easy to find providers who show this level of understanding, and we are so grateful for the care she gave. I highly recommend Alex to anyone, especially families who may have extra concerns about comfort and sensitivity.

  Nurse Alex at the North Andover location is absolutely incredible! She is not only highly knowledgeable, but also so kind and professional. Every time I see her, she makes me feel completely comfortable and confident in the treatments I’m receiving. She takes the time to explain everything and ensures I feel at ease from start to finish. It’s clear that she truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to provide the best experience possible. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

  I started with the laser hair removal of my bikini line but then I did my legs, they are so nice, professional, and efficient. There’s not one person, even the ladies at the front desk, who was not friendly and welcoming. Not to mention my bikini line and legs are sooo smooth!!
