She’s very well educated and made me feel comfortable while recommending placement and listening to my concerns. The whole team is friendly and the environment is welcoming.
- MSMorgan SJan 6, 20261.0Had a really bad experience with practice manager Monica and the North Andover location. I went to this location when it was Ideal Image solely for the injector I saw. I had purchased a Botox package prior to the transition to MD Esthetics and then found out my injector was no longer going to be there. I was not informed of this from the company, just a generic email talking about the change but nothing regarding my upcoming appointment I had or the injector I worked with. The experience I had was unprofessional to say the least. I called on 12/08 to speak to someone about getting a refund for the package I had just purchased, they told me the practice manager would call me back. On 12/10 I had still not received a call back so I called again to be greeted by Monica who told me she was the practice manager. When I asked what my options were for a refund and explained I only visited this location because of my injector who was no longer there, Monica responded by telling me maybe she was at a different location (which I already knew was not the case) and tried to tell me about what other services they offer. I live in Beverly and have no reason to travel to North Andover which I had already explained to her. Monica told me she would escalate this to the “escalation department” and call me back. This was on 12/10/2025, it is now 1/06/2025 and I still have not received a call back (not expecting one that this point either but can’t imagine it takes nearly a month to address something like this). I have since gone to the Beverly location and had a really great experience but would not recommend the North Andover location.

My appointment was at 9:30 but when I got there they told me they booked me at 9 by mistake so they couldn’t do all my services since they wouldn’t have enough time. I had a text from them confirming 9:30, they said sorry we can’t do anything about our mistake. Woman at front desk was rude and when I asked if a manager was available I was told she doesn’t work weekends. Stay away- horrible customer service and clearly they are having issues with their appointment system.

From the very first appointment, she was attentive, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She truly listens and takes the time to explain every step of the hormonal treatment in a clear and reassuring way. I felt supported and confident from the beginning. I highly recommend her!
