Sarah explained every step of my piercing to make me feel most comfortable. they were all friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything so I knew exactly what to expect. They also helped my daughter choose her ear stack, and they were so patient and helpful in guiding her through all the options. All three professionals we worked with were warm, skilled, and genuinely made the whole experience fun. We left feeling excited and confident, and I would absolutely recommend Rowan to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable piercing experience!

The shop is incredibly clean, well-organized, and has a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. The piercing itself was quick, smooth, and much less stressful than I expected. The aftercare instructions were clear and helpful, too. I’ll definitely be back for all my piercing!

She LOVES her piercings and we had no issues at all. She healed well and is able to change her earrings with no pain or issues. 100% recommend!

I was able to walk-in without an appointment and my piercer, Sarah, was amazing for the whole process! She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable. The piercing itself was smooth and easy. I got a third hole in each of my lobes and I’d never had a needle piercing before but it was great and relatively comfortable. Sarah did a great job explaining how to care for my new piercings and made me feel confident in keeping them clean and healing well. If I’m ever brave enough to get more ear piercings I will absolutely go back to Rowan!

We were able to make a same day appointment within the hour of when my 3-year-old decided today was the day she wanted to get her ears pierced. It is such a cute and clean facility and the staff were very friendly. The process from start to finish was fun and painless (literally). My daughter chose these cute rainbow flower earrings. The piercing process itself was fantastic. Alexa was our piercer and she was easygoing and professional. She helped my daughter feel at ease. A second piercer came over to assist for the tandem piercing (I forgot her name, but it started with a T). My daughter didn’t flinch or cry and had a smile on her face walking out the door.
