My 6 and 7 year-old daughters were excited to get their ears pierced, but once there, the nerves kicked in. Tijandra was so encouraging and patient with my girls. You can tell that she is a wonderful nurse in addition to a wonderful piercer. I appreciated that she took a no- pressure- approach but could sense that it would be meaningful to them to leave with their ears pierced. She walked them through each step with care, gentleness, and humor, and they were both SO proud at how brave they were and can't stop smiling at their new earrings. Thank you, Tijandra, for giving my girls such confidence in their abilities! And special shoutout to Sarah who helped Tijandra to tandem pierce my 7-year-old. You were fabulous, too. Thank you!

We had Nurse Tijandra and she was so sweet, patient and friendly with my daughter who was understandably nervous but excited. She explained each step in terms my daughter could understand and took the time to get to know her. We definitely recommend this spot for anyone with young kids as they were so patient and understanding. We will be back :)

Kudos to Nurse Sarah and the fantastic front-of-house team member whose name I unfortunately can’t recall, but she was awesome. During our recent visit, Nurse Catherine and Kim were equally wonderful, helping us select jewelry with patience, expertise, and genuine care.
