I have been shopping at Sephora for years even reaching Rogue status, so was fine with not receiving a refund to my card, and instead store credit, but was told that couldn’t be done. I'm not sure what prompted this change when so many other stores like Ulta still offer a 60 day return policy. Even Amazon makes exceptions to their 30 day policy.
