- GAGrace AFeb 7, 20261.0I went on a Saturday Feb 7th around 1:30pm just to browse and get a color match for concealer. There were over 5 beauty reps just standing around, talking to each other, or doing their own make up. I was not approached by a single assistant. I actually went up to ask a couple of reps for help but they radioed others and no one showed up to help me. Really disappointed with the poor customer service, I decided to leave and drove to ULTA instead where I received amazing service. This is coming from a Rouge status beauty insider.

Consumers deserve transparency and accountability.
