Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

They helped me find everything I needed to keep my skin hydrated this winter and did it quickly, which I really appreciated since I was in a rush. My hands have felt soft and hydrated for hours, and everything I bought smells absolutely amazing. Thanks, Coakley, for making my quick shopping trip such a great one!

Eddie greeted us so warmly, Nora engaged my son with hands-on bath bomb and soap fun, and Courtney made sure the items I loved were safely brought to the front. Bobby, the manager, was incredibly kind and clearly leads an amazing team. They were so patient and wonderful at gently redirecting my son when he needed it, turning what could have been a stressful outing into pure joy. He’s still talking about the visit and even asked to have his birthday party at Lush, which I think would be incredible! The bath bombs were fantastic (he used one that same night and this morning!) and the whole experience left us smiling. I never thought I’d become a regular at Lush, but after meeting this team, we absolutely will. If you’re looking for great products, a warm atmosphere, and genuine care, this Lush is the place to go!
