  I'm super upset with the service I received yesterday at Sephora! I received a gift from my husband that I could exchange for a full-size perfume, and I went yesterday to pick it up. The sales associate barely looked at us and gave the perfume to someone else to finish the transaction. I understand that the end of the year is tiring, but if she hates her job, she shouldn't take it out on the customers! I've worked with the public my whole life and I've never taken my frustrations out on customers.

  Very disappointing service. I was at the Sephora store in Kohl's and had a terrible experience with the sales assistants. There were products advertised with 20% and 30% discounts, but no discount was applied at the checkout. Furthermore, we bought a powder that was clearly marked as 50% OFF — the sales assistant herself showed us that it was the product on sale — and even so, the discount was not applied. To make matters worse, when we questioned this, the employee simply removed the discount sign, which demonstrates a total lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. Promotions should be respected and customer service needs to improve significantly. I do not recommend it.

  This is the most poorly stocked Sephora I’ve ever been to. I understand it’s not a full store, but I have NOT ONCE been able to buy the same product multiple trips in a row. Even the testers are often missing or completely empty. If you like the products you use, I suggest buying online or going to another location because you will be disappointed coming here.

  Whoever the girl is that you guys have running the Milford store, please fire her she has no knowledge about the products and Sephora. She has no knowledge or skills to help women of darker skin tone when you ask her for help she stands there like a deer in headlights when you ask her for help you literally end up helping yourself. She is literally a waste of time. Also, this store only caters make up to fair skin women and not women of dark skin tones this Sephora needs to carry makeup for all skin tones. Once again management please fire this girl she is literally a waste of customer service for people.

  Whoever made the store policy to install devices that leave ugly residues on your items is out of line. It’s not even the money but if I spend a single dollar of mine on an item, I would like the packaging to be intact. This makes a very nice gift look soooo tacky. I’m annoyed about it because I was in a rush and I had no choice but to buy the item even though I’m genuinely embarrassed to gift this. It’s Gucci, like why would you think this is okay ? Why would you deem this acceptable? I wouldn’t come back and buy anything here JUST because of this.
