  This is the most poorly stocked Sephora I’ve ever been to. I understand it’s not a full store, but I have NOT ONCE been able to buy the same product multiple trips in a row. Even the testers are often missing or completely empty. If you like the products you use, I suggest buying online or going to another location because you will be disappointed coming here.

  Whoever the girl is that you guys have running the Milford store, please fire her she has no knowledge about the products and Sephora. She has no knowledge or skills to help women of darker skin tone when you ask her for help she stands there like a deer in headlights when you ask her for help you literally end up helping yourself. She is literally a waste of time. Also, this store only caters make up to fair skin women and not women of dark skin tones this Sephora needs to carry makeup for all skin tones. Once again management please fire this girl she is literally a waste of customer service for people.

  As a rule, I detest shopping for make-up, and I am not willing to spend a lot of money on it. I almost always purchase inexpensive brands in the pharmacy or at a local retail store. Unfortunately, it is very hard to get a good color match, and I sometimes find that I am allergic to cosmetics when I get them home. Last week, I walked into Kohl's to buy clothing, and walked right into the Sephora section, which is now straight-ahead when you walk in the door. I paused a moment to look at the blush, and was greeted by Ciara, who was very friendly and helpful right from the start. With Ciara's help, I purchased two products --a bronzer and a concealer. She helped me locate exactly what I wanted--subtle colors, allergy-free products. She did not pressure me to buy anything else, and she showed respect for my decisions and preferences. Although I do not normally purchase higher priced cosmetics such as Clinique, it was well worth the money in this case. Ciara saved me a lot of time and frustration. She is a true professional, and knows her products well. I won't have to go shopping again and again, trying to find the right colors, and I won't have to worry about allergies.

  This is a small and convenient store but every time I go all employees are different, the manager is rude and knows nothing about it anything she’s really awful.

  Whoever made the store policy to install devices that leave ugly residues on your items is out of line. It’s not even the money but if I spend a single dollar of mine on an item, I would like the packaging to be intact. This makes a very nice gift look soooo tacky. I’m annoyed about it because I was in a rush and I had no choice but to buy the item even though I’m genuinely embarrassed to gift this. It’s Gucci, like why would you think this is okay ? Why would you deem this acceptable? I wouldn’t come back and buy anything here JUST because of this.
