We worked with Noelle who was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and such a warm person! She made sure we had all the information we needed to make the best decision for my mom’s wants and needs. I even ended up buying new earrings for piercings I already had and Noelle offered to put all the new jewelry in for me before we left. It looks great and I’m so happy with the overall experience.

The first time I went was for my daughter to get her ears pierced and the process was seamless and very clean, everyone was so nice and my daughter even got and “piercing pillow” to sleep with! And the second time I went it was also great, my daughter and I went to go get her post changed, we didn’t need an appointment and it was very quick and easy! Shout out to Kayla at the Lynnfield location for being an awesome nurse!

When checking out at the counter, I mentioned how it has been difficult for me to get earrings into these holes as they had previously closed up, and the staff offered to put them in for me at no further cost. They were able to taper them with a needle and put the earrings in for me, and it was almost painless! Such great service that I felt inclined to leave a review!!

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
