Rowan is all about ears. We offer a fun, celebratory and safe piercing experience for everyone. All our piercings are done by licensed nurses and all our products are hypoallergenic. When we say “Piercing for All”, we mean it. Everybody is invited to this ear party.

Initially went in there to inquire about some questions for a piercing for my daughter. We were informed that the needle nurse was going off shift and was waiting for the last apt to show. Natra and Kayla showed us how to book, Which we absolutely did! They were so kind there. We booked for later in the week. I can’t wait for our apt! I might even get one myself!
- SFStephanie FosterJan 4, 20261.0Booked a 4:00pm appointment @ 3:00pm. At 3:37 I get a phone call saying piercer is leaving at 4pm. I was already parking and said I’d take my chance. I was in the door at 3:40 and the previous client was checking out. Check out took 10minutes for some reason. The cashier then went back at 3:50 to ask the piercer if she would get us in. She said no. So we left without a piercing. My biggest problem with the whole situation is that we were allowed to book an appointment and were refused when showing up 20min early. I then come home and check my email to see that our 4:00 appointment was rescheduled to 3:45 around the time of the phone call. And was still unable to walk out with a piercing. Horrible customer service and communication.

The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable, Natra instantly greeted me right when I walked through the door, was able to explain everything to me about the difference between device and needle and help me pick out the perfect jewelry then had a seamless handoff to nurse Kayla. It was quick and easy and she was thorough about aftercare. The space was spotless and welcoming, and the piercing itself was quick and gentle. I really appreciated how much they prioritize safety and care. I absolutely love my piercing and would highly recommend Rowan to anyone looking for a top-quality, trustworthy piercing experience!

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
