  This was my first professional skin care treatment and I was a bit nervous but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jack made me feel completely at ease from start to finish, and the whole service was so relaxing. My skin looked and felt amazing afterward. I’ll definitely be booking monthly going forward.   This is my second treatment at MD Esthetics in Lexington, MA and they are wonderful! Maddy did my treatment; she was so kind, welcoming, professional, and was very knowledgeable. The young woman at the front desk created a welcoming atmosphere as well. I will definitely book here again!

  Expert employees and professional welcoming location! I was an Ideal Image customer who was transferred to MD Esthetics. I was pleasantly surprised by this location, all the staff are so friendly and experienced, and the entire vibe is fun and warm. I was extra impressed with my laser hair removal service with Alexandra, she is an expert in her field and made the experience so comfortable for me. Getting a treatment like this is exciting for the results but can be uncomfortable with someone you’ve never met before, but working with Alexandra I was very comfortable the entire time. She even made it fun. Thank you MD Esthetics and Alex!!

  I had an incredible experience at MD Aesthetics. Jessica performed my CO2 treatment and she did an absolutely amazing job. She was skilled, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. My results already look fantastic. The entire staff is wonderful professional, welcoming, and so kind. I’m truly grateful I chose this place, and I highly recommend Jessica and MD Aesthetics to anyone considering treatment. So pleased with my visit. Once again Thank you.

  I began my aesthetic services with Alex at Ideal Image and chose to follow her to MD Esthetics in Lexington when the location closed. That decision has proven to be an excellent one. Alex is consistently friendly, gentle, and never pushy in her approach. I have received Botox, fillers, IPL facial, and Kybella treatments from her and have been extremely pleased with all of my results. During some of my visits, I also had the opportunity to work with Claudia, who is both knowledgeable and encouraging, adding further value to the overall experience. Additionally, I recently consulted with Laura regarding GLP-1 medication. She was highly professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the process, ensuring I felt informed and confident in moving forward. I appreciate that she will be providing ongoing monthly follow-ups to monitor my progress and support healthy, balanced weight loss. The front desk team is equally impressive. It was great to see Kim, who also transitioned from Ideal Image. She is consistently welcoming, helpful with scheduling, and contributes to a positive experience from the moment you walk in. I would highly recommend MD Esthetics for their expertise, professionalism, and patient-centered care.
