  Had a great experience at MD Esthetics. My first since ideal image closed. Lexington location was beautiful, clean and everyone was extremely nice and helpful!! Have to say Alex you are the best!!! You are the reason I continue to keep coming back!!

  I purchased a laser package covering four different body areas and agreed to the company’s strict cancellation policy at the time of purchase. However, over the past three months, my scheduled appointments have repeatedly been canceled by the company. While I understand that occasional scheduling conflicts can happen, consistent cancellations have made it extremely difficult to receive the services I paid for. As a client, I respected the cancellation policy on my end and expected the same level of commitment in return. At this point, I would appreciate a resolution and a refund of my investment, as the service has not been consistently provided.

  MD Esthetics is AMAZING!! I have been multiple times now for facials, chemical peels, Botox, and PRP treatment!! I always go to Claudia for my Botox and PRP treatments and she does it so effortlessly while making it painless and quick! She is super knowledgeable about every treatment and gives the best advice on what to do next. I have been struggling with acne and Claudia suggested I do a chemical peel with a coworker and it transformed my face. She then suggested we try PRP on my chin to help break up the acne scarring and it's already going away! She broke it up with zero pain and made me feel at ease. Shes easy to talk to and will guide you through the process if you have any questions. If you're looking for something specific she will tell you your options and help you make the right choice depending on what you're looking for! The things she has helped me out with has truly been transformative to my face and confidence and I am so happy with every thing I have gotten so far!! I highly recommend her and her expertise! I absolutely love the results and I think you will love them too!

  Bella, is absolutely amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly. She walked me through every thing so there wasn’t any confusions and also in case I had any questions. There aren’t enough words to describe my experience here at MD Esthetics with Bella. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The front desk staff is also friendly.

  Had Bella for my appointment. She’s amazing! (Full front bikini package LHR) I came a bit late due to traffic, so I was hoping my appointment didn’t get cancelled (it didn’t fortunately.) and my experience was pleasant, smooth and nice! Bella was attentive and helpful with my anxiety because of pain. She gave me a stress ball and made sure there was plenty of gel bc of the machine used for laser. It was my second appointment getting laser since my first was originally with Ideal Image in Newton. I used the other machine option they had in MD. I prefer the original machine they use at ideal since you can see the hairs cinch immediately and results faster. The machine I used for the laser hair definitely took time for my hair to be removed as it targets the hair follicle inside then out from what I remember. It hurts less but takes more time. (I need to call again since I need help with my left side down there, having difficulty shedding for some reason) I’d recommend going to this place though. It also felt fancy lol. Parking lot is small, so keep that in mind if you’re driving. My dad drove me fortunately. They’re located next to a few other shops. Pizza shop and a bakery with some bagels. :) Also good to note: LATE fees (reschedule) will cost you 100, no shows will cost 150 if not rescheduled within 48 hours of your said appt time. They disclose it in the little documents and stuff :) Edit: they gave me a complimentary appointment to help with the patchiness and get my money’s worth. (It never shed unfortunately) but they called me back after I reached out. They’re extremely helpful! HIGHLY recommend. Be on time though. :)
