I apologize for not catching her name (long day!), but the associate who helped me out this afternoon was awesome. While I only had the partial name of the lip product I was looking for, she was able to accurately guess what it was. Unfortunately, because it's a newer product, they didn't have it in stock but she guided me to similar-ish products that were exactly what I was looking for.

Overall not a very pleasant environment and extremely rude and unfriendly workers.
