- RRRachel RainbowsDec 29, 20251.0I just had an experience trying to buy something on sale and had to argue with the cashier over the correct price. I had to repeat myself 3 times and a manager had to come over to correct the price. Are you kidding me? I always have a WAY better experience shopping at Ulta. I shouldn’t leave the store embarassed because I had to fight you over the correct price. Ridiculous. I get that it’s the week after Christmas but do better.

The employee who helped me was nothing short of amazing, her name was Emily. She walked through so many different products with me and we got talking about our personal lives and found out we had a lot in common. She helped me with everything single thing I needed and made me feel a lot better about the condition my skin was in. I usually shop at MAC, this was my first time buying all new products from Sephora but I would 100% return because of her.
