    They literally get angry at you for asking questions. The lady with purple hair is the worst but they’re all bad. Why would u put a normal Sephora next door to this mini Sephora that’s constantly out of any items, their stock is next to non existent. they can’t even do an even exchange when the item u actually Want (literally just a mini better than sex mascara) is in stock. Why not? It’s even. I had the receipt it was less than a week later. Imagine u can’t take a $16 loss or get your stores crap together? I’ll add pics of how out of stock they were of everything. Oh yeah and if u buy Anything here, sephoras normal refund/ exchange policy doesn’t apply, they don’t register your points with your Sephora account so it’s pointless to shop here if your a regular Sephora shopper.

    They followed me and my black friends around when they close at 10:00 it was 9:50 and they was timing us and making us pay extra and saying to little kid are you gonna pay for that or steal it and she was talking on her walk-talkie and was like there are still little kids in here and my friend that was in 6th grade she walked up to her and was like how much is this the worker said it should say it on and I’m watching you guys then we go to the drunk elephant section and she was like I just wiped down the testers and we look and they were not wiped down I think y’all need to hire good workers and not RASICT workers and plus we was at check out and she shut off the lights and the other girl was locking the doors so we just ran out
