- MMMelissa MelloNov 11, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful when trying to make returns with a receipt and gift exchanges. I was told I was 1 day outside the return window and they would not help me. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn’t help me and that I needed to go in store. Buyer beware - if there is a product that doesn’t work for you they won’t allow you to return it if its 30 seconds outside the return window. Do yourself a favor and but directly from the brands, don’t buy from sephora. Its a scam.

I’m not a regular makeup wearer and don’t have much experience shopping at Sephora, but she made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. She helped me find the perfect products, including a miniature version of a product that would last a long time, and even took the time to match my shades perfectly, trying several options until we found the best fit. I knew she nailed it because several people later in the day commented on how nice my skin looked. There was no rushing or pressure. Just exceptional service in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!
