- MMMelissa MelloNov 11, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful when trying to make returns with a receipt and gift exchanges. I was told I was 1 day outside the return window and they would not help me. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn’t help me and that I needed to go in store. Buyer beware - if there is a product that doesn’t work for you they won’t allow you to return it if its 30 seconds outside the return window. Do yourself a favor and but directly from the brands, don’t buy from sephora. Its a scam.
