  I got my makeup done here last minute for an event and it turned out beautifully! Emma was super and worked with me on colors as I am particular about blush and lipstick. She was also great about checking in on how I liked the look, made adjustments where I asked, and I left very happy with the outcome!

  This Sephora consistently is sold out of every product I go in for. I also feel that they don’t carry certain brands so then I end up having to go to the one in Hingham which also has the same issues. Not sure why they can’t keep anything in stock and have a larger selection, it’s a very popular area.

  Upon entering the store everyone was super friendly and I asked for someone to grab a perfume for me. The girl who helped me was super nice, however when I went to check out the cashier was very passive aggressive when I provided my cash for the purchase. I did pay with ones so as a customer service worker I understand the annoyance of having to count out all the ones but I have never acted passive aggressive with a customer for their payment method. The manager was called over to recount the money, and she was also acting annoyed. Consistently looking over at the cashier and laughing in an annoyed tone. I apologized multiple times for the annoyance and did not even receive a response. This interaction just threw me off as I’m a paying customer and was not being rude I was trying to be as kind as possible knowing my payment method was not preferred. Very disappointing experience. I believe the cashier’s name was Kylie and I’m not sure the manager’s name but she was working today.

  I just entered Sephora and I’m completely annoyed because I asked someone for help and she said one minute and I waited five minutes for her. She never came back . I was ready to purchase and I concealer and a foundation, but just wanted to make sure it was the correct color. I looked across the floor and there were at least four sales people talking. Two of them were at shelves. No customer service help on the floor whatsoever so they’re not getting my money today. I don’t understand how stores like this are better at their customer service. Very annoying
