- AGAlexis GalvinDec 21, 20251.0Really disappointed that I’ve driven there 3 times to find them closed when it’s posted as open online, I’ve been trying to call the store for 3 days to see if they are open and no one answers, I’ve probably called 15 times with no one picking up, please start updating your hours on google if you are closing early or will not be open a day that you are supposed to be. It’s very inconvenient for everyone and I’ve heard it from other beauty providers in the area. Very disappointing because this location used to be run so well. [EDIT] just went AGAIN for the 4th time for them to be closed out of hours, im trying to pick up an online order this is ridiculous.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to go and they aren’t open. It would be helpful if they could update the website or make an Instagram post that they are closed AGAIN to let customers know before they waste their time driving there.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
