  Got a faux rook piercing done by Maria. Super quick, nearly painless, and very clean. I walked in with no appointment, and was finished in less than 20 minutes. Great experience!

  Very misleading! Came here the other day to get my second holes on my ear lobes. Most places would tell you the FINAL cost at the beginning of the appointment, NOT after. I assumed I’d be paying for the jewelry and maybe $35 for the piercings. However the total cost ended up being $300!!!! For a simple ear lobe piercing?! I paid and tipped the nurse however that seems outrageous for two ear piercings, I got my Daith done by a reputable piercer at a tattoo parlor for $30. DO NOT GO HERE AND SUPPORT this money hungry corporation. Support the smaller places, I wish I had in hindsight. There was also barely any convo at the start other than pick your jewelry and sit in the chair, very strange. I am happy with how it looks but not at that price.

  I got a cartilage piercing done, and let me tell you they let you pick out whatever earring (even if it’s inappropriate for the spot) and don’t tell you proper aftercare (just that if you don’t buy their magic spray it magically doubles your healing time). I got a keloid from their negligence and am telling you, go pay the extra money to get it pierced at a real piercing place. I will never go here or recommend this to anyone ever.

  I was so nervous to get my ear pierced because it was my first cartilage piercing but had Maria pierce my helix and it was so so so amazing. So fast and barely hurt at all. It was done so quick and she answered all my questions.

  I purchased a pair of 14K GOLD EARRINGS here almost 2 years ago for $178. When you get your ears pieced(I did my 2nd holes) you are forced to choose from their selection. These are clearly made of poor quality and it is astounding they claim to “stand behind the quality of their products” but cannot guarantee a 14k gold pair of earrings that they are selling for almost $200 can last for more than 2 years?!?! It should be at least a 10 year guarantee!!! This company’s response was they can only help within 30 days. So again, they have no confidence in the quality of their products, how can someone plan for their earring to break within their measly 30 day window?! Pathetic. Customer service offered no solution whatsoever and simply stated their “policy”in the robotic method in which these companies that operate like factories are meant to respond with. They don’t care about their customers, just selling overpriced jewelry and pretending they are high scale. Avoid this place at all costs . You’re better off going to Claire’s and saving hundreds. $263 to get my 2nd holes pierced (one of which is now infected, despite following all instructions). I’ve never spent almost $200 on earrings but I anticipated I would have them for a long time to come..not less than 3 years !! Terrible value. Avoid this place. If you are planning to go, run the other way.
