- LSlinda simonApr 11, 20255.0I called today at the Dedham ma store and ask Tammy if she could send me a receipt by email because I lost mine and she didn't know how to do it so we hung up so I was going to drive up to get a copy but few minutes later she called with the info I needed because she called her manager to ask how to do it . Tammy went above and beyond to help me, which some don't or won't do anymore, so I was so appreciative that she did .. Thank you, Tammy

- IBIn BostonSep 4, 20201.0I drove all the way down from Boston to this Salon Product store in Dedham, Massachusetts. nowhere on google it said it sells to professionals only. I have shopped at many salon places that are professional salon product stores and they sell to everyone. It was a huge turn off when I saw this. So don’t count on wasting your gas or precious time to find out they don’t sell to you. As I walked in, I was greeted by a Caucasian lady there and another older Caucasian lady was shopping as I was. The older lady asked for something and I asked for men’s hair gel. She told me she only sells to professionals, not to the public so I left and later saw the older lady leave with products. I kind of knew this about what race they sell to but that’s okay. I won’t be coming there again

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
