I walked around for 10 minutes and was followed by an employee the whole time. I would also like to add that I wasn't carrying any bags nor was I wearing baggy clothes. All I had was my phone in my hand and my wallet in my pocket. If you choose to complain like I did then they'll just tell you there is no manager available and that they were being "customer service oriented". Since when is it company policy to follow a customer around when they shop? To make matters worse they simply attempted to justify the employee's bad behavior and never once offered and apology. If you want a positive experience I suggest choosing a different location.
