- JGJacquelyn GreeneNov 15, 20251.0I drove all the way from Saugus to stock up on product. I get there the doors are locked at 2:30pm on a Saturday due to a “meeting” if your going to have a meeting don’t do it during store hours as most people drive from different towns to get here. On top of that, every time I order an online pick up it’s never ready when it says it is which defeated the purpose of a quick pick up. I ordered a delivery for a last min client and it never came, when I had called I got a terrible attitude on the phone about how she didn’t put in the order. Everytime I’m there, there’s some sort of issue. I own a salon and it’s unexceptable for there to be hours posted that are not accurate this has happened multiple times.

- VPvic pAug 24, 20251.0Hours at Danvers store at 12 to 4. I came from Gloucester to Danvers at 1250 and doors were locked. Nothing stated they were closed today sunday August 24th 2025. So I left and maybe 15 minutes later got a notification email that my order was ready for pickup. Went back to the store. Got there at 135pm. Once again doors locked and lights off. How is my order ready for pick up if no one is there ? Atleast let customers know you are going to be closed so we dont drive all the way there two times for no reason. Needed these products ASAP now im not sure what im supposed to do. Very disappointed

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
