- BGBayti GirmaDec 11, 20211.0If I could give this place a zero I would, I called and made an appointment for my daughter and I explained to the receptionist that my daughter have a very curly hair and we needed full foil highlights a trim and a blow dry. On the day we send and Tony was the stylist. He looked like he had no idea what he was doing instead of admitting not to know how to do an African American curly hair he just went with it. He did not use the color we wanted, he did not brush the hair before cutting and he refused to blow dry my daughters hair and told us to go home and wash her hair with our own shampoo sh she can brush it better. I expressed to the receptionist what happen she said ,” oh really, I will let the manager know” the she said I owe her $195 , unreal , a total rip off of a place. I was giving this place a second chance after one of the stylist did a horrible job with my hair back in 2017. NEVER AGAIN !!!
