    ⚠️ DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH FOR LOW PRICES ⚠️ Their claims of “experienced piercers” and “high industry standards” are completely false. Read their website carefully: they require 3 years of experience only if you apply from outside. The catch? They allow people to start piercing professionally right after a 6-WEEK COURSE. I trusted them with a standard lobe piercing, and it was messed up by a piercer fresh out of the course. An experienced piercer later confirmed the mistake. Their “reimbursement,” offered by store manager Sasha, does not cover the cost of healing and repiercing—and I never even received it, as they went completely silent, ignoring all my messages. Complete ignorance, extremely low quality, and ZERO accountability.

    Purchased an earring online and had a terribly difficult time getting it into my piercing hole. When I went to return not only did the people working offer a quick solution - they made it a memorable happy experience and I didn’t have to return my earring and get to show it off now! Love the NYC collection!
