The staff were all very pleasant, and our facials were very nice; our skin felt and looked good! The only thing I wanted to mention was that during the red light therapy and mask portions of the facial, each of which lasted for ten minutes, I was very surprised not to have some sort of neck/arm massage or similar during those timeframes. 20 minutes out of a 60-minute facial is a lot, especially for things that I just do at home. And it was a little strange knowing the esthetician was just sitting there doing nothing during those times. Even if it isn’t a normal part for that particular facial, let the customer know; I would add it!
