My deduction is because one time I had a situation where we talked over my goals to preserve my brows as much as possible during a cleanup, but ended up with very short ends to my brows. Another time I realized after leaving, my brows were very thin, and I also had patches of fuzz that should have been removed. Again, the staff is amazing, and I'm sure if I had brought it up then they would've compensated in some way, but I didn't. With careful communication, these ladies are very kind and will work with you to meet your goals on all fronts, not just waxing.
