  All my experiences here have been so pleasant. The staff are so helpful on the phone and everyone I have seen for services have been amazing. David is who I usually see and he rocks! He is knowledgeable, personable and I trust him and his opinions 100%.

  Amazing service at MD esthetics Canton! I was formerly a client with ideal image, but the transition to MD esthetics was beyond seamless. David was my esthetician, so professional and helpful! My first touch up treatment was even complimentary! Very much appreciated!

  Love, Love, Love David!!! He is the best. I'm sure everyone here is very capable. But I followed David from his previous location and I am just as happy now. The new location is nice and the staff are very accommodating. Was able to fit me without a fuss. Can't wait to come back. I would recommend them and David to anyone.

  I purchased a treatment package through Ideal Image, and since MD Esthetic took over, the experience has been extremely frustrating and disorganized. My second treatment is scheduled, but another part of my body treatment was never booked, and no one can tell me when I will be able to complete the rest of the package. I only found this out after calling to confirm, despite receiving confirmation emails that made it seem like everything was properly scheduled. This has also happened with a facial appointment that was scheduled and then later disappeared from their system. On top of that, my original Ideal Image location was 5 minutes from my home. Now I’m required to drive 25 minutes, they are not even open on Saturdays, and with constant scheduling issues, this has become extremely inconvenient and disruptive to my work schedule. This is not what I paid for. Poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and a major downgrade from the original Ideal Image experience.

  I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The space was clean, relaxing, and welcoming, and Sam, the esthetician was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to assess my skin, explain each step of the process, and tailor the treatment to my specific needs. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this service to anyone looking to treat their skin and unwind.
