When I got there, I was told it was going to be about 20 mins wait and I was fine with that. Few minutes later I was told that it was going to be longer than that. The girl at the front also keep saying that my appointment was for a downsize and that I don't need a downsize even though I booked a check up because I'm having some pain in my piercing. I'm thinking it shouldn't take that long to look at my piercing. I was told there's nothing they could do. What's the point of having an appointment if it's not going to be honored. I said that it's inconvenient because I do have an appointment and she said that this person also has an appointment. I don't think that should affect mine.

Being greeted by Gigi and explained prices and options, and then the most AMAZING piercer Lily I have ever encountered. I could rave all day but truly you need to experience them for yourself.
