    My experience at the store today was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I went to the register to purchase a perfume sample set, and while the cashier was checking it, she asked another employee for help. Then another staff member came over, took the product from me without saying a single word, and walked away. I was left standing there, confused and shocked. If I hadn’t asked what was happening, no one would have explained anything. I was eventually told that the product is not yet available for sale and would be released in a few days. That is not the issue the problem is the complete lack of basic communication and respect. Taking an item from a customer without any explanation is unacceptable. A simple apology and a clear explanation should be the bare minimum. This experience felt rude and poorly handled, and it definitely changed my impression of the store.

    I got my makeup done by Mackenzie for my bday and she SLAYED IT!!!! Every last detail was perfect and my skin has never looked this good. GO TO HER!!!!! Adding this pic cuz that is her work w no filter!!!! Ty Mackenzie!

    I had a very upsetting experience at the CambridgeSide Sephora. I came in to exchange unsealed items (as instructed by Sephora customer service), but the cashier did not listen, did not answer my questions, and processed a return without explaining that I would lose my Black Friday pricing. I was then asked to repurchase my own items at a much higher price. Only after involving a manager was the issue resolved. No apology was offered. This situation could have been avoided with basic listening and communication.

    Looks like I'm not the only customer who had a poor experience with the staff at this store. When I entered just walking through the store, the staff were lined up in a row standing there staring at me while I walked down the aisle which was bizarre, uncomfortable, and quite awkward. It's the managers who really need to work on their manners and tone. The managers were rude and condescending the way they talked to me and even to several customers ahead of me in line. Avoid this location at all costs.
