The moment I went in, the staff was looking at me funny and following me around the store as if I was "stealing". I'm a postgraduate student who picked Sephora for my final research project. I went to this location to ask the staff some questions and buy some makeup. They didn't want to respond to any of my questions and just made fun of me. After taking some pictures for my report, THE GUY in the picture told me I wasn't allowed to take pictures and that I had to ask for permission from the corporation to take photos. I told him that I didn't believe him since everybody takes pictures in Sephora because it's a public place, and I was not harming anybody since there were no people in the store. He was extremely rude and started laughing with the staff about other students coming this morning to do the same thing. I really hope Sephora contacts me in order to proceed with this matter. This treatment doesn't align with the company's values, which is making them lose a lot of clients.

I walked in ready to buy a perfume I been eyeing. Upon walking in, staff saw me and didn't bother to even greet me. They were just chatting away amongst each other. Not one member said a word to us. Clearly we are all saying the same thing and all people are getting is a generic message about striving for greatness. Do better Sephora. Every location it's the same BS. Cambridgeside do better.
