  Horrid attitudes from some of these workers as a rouge member…this location is always horrible..never welcoming..this seriously needs to be addressed

  For whatever reasons, this Sephora location has a bad reputation for having workers with the worst attitudes. I’ve been to this location countless times and it’s always the worst energy and it’s well known for that. Customer service and a happy attitude goes a long way for brand reputation and postive business operations. I avoid this location and drive to other locations further away to get a better experience as a rouge. Everytime I do come to this location I regret it and refuse to buy anything. I make big purchases and I rather do that with locations with workers who are more positive.

  The employees were nice but at least 5 of them asked me if I needed help in span of 20 mins of me shopping there, I understand that it’s part of their job to ask, but it got really annoying. I don’t love the lay out of the store, feels cramped. But I did find a couple things. So not a bad experience just could be better.

  Yesterday, I had one of the best experiences at your store. Saturn went above and beyond—he was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. His customer service skills are exceptional. I will absolutely come back and look for him again. I’m truly happy and satisfied with the recommendations he gave me for my hair.

  I was just in the Burlington store this morning. The minute I walked in I was greeted by Brianna. It was immediately drawn to her because she was just so pleasant, easy to talk to and just plain wonderful. She helped me to find everything I was looking for, and she was extremely knowledgeable about the products that I bought. I have been going to this location for years, and I can honestly say that she is the best associate I have ever had take care of me. Give this girl a raise!!
