  I have gotten 7 piercings here and the experience each time has been great. It does make a difference being pierced by licensed nurses. They explain everything before the start, they make sure you are comfortable the whole time and they talk you through the process including aftercare. And they are there available to change out earrings in the event you are too chicken to do it yourself! The staff is amazing. Rachel at the front desk is a shining star. She’s the first person to greet you and it sets the mood for a positive experience. I can’t wait to go back for another piercing.

  The staff are amazing! One of my daughter’s piercings accidentally closed up (total parenting fail) and they re-pierced it and put the earring back in for free. Highly recommend going to Rowan (and specifically this location), if you’re looking to get a piercing.

  GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE!!!! They are amazing, My daughter has been wanting to get her ears done and they did the best job ever!!! Rowan's staff is amazing and the service is great!!!! 100% recommend to everyone!!!!

  I had such an amazing experience getting my ears pierced here! Lorena was my piercer, and she was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I got my 3rd lobe piercings as long with a constellation piercing and a jewelry change for my tragus piercing. Brett, the studio manager, was also so helpful and welcoming. He helped me pick out my jewelry for what worked and looked best for my ear. You can really tell the team cares about their clients and the overall experience. I will 100% be coming back here in the future for more jewelry and piercings!

  Parents: I would NOT recommend bringing your child here for a piercing. I made an appointment online to bring my 6 year old daughter to Rowan to get her ears pierced for her birthday. I specifically requested a needle piercing as I did not want a device piercing. When we arrived for the appointment I was told they were not doing needle piercings that day, only device piercings. Obviously I could have cancelled and gone elsewhere, but my daughter was so excited and I didn’t have the heart. I am also extremely disappointed in their aftercare instructions. I was instructed to turn my daughter’s earrings 2-3x a day, which I did. Unfortunately I was uneducated at the time and followed this recommendation. Touching a new piercing is a GREAT way to introduce potentially harmful bacteria to an open wound. I think the marketing of nurses and cute jewelry and needle piercing is wonderfully effective. However, it is a gimmick. Bring your child to an informed professional piercing salon that can actually educate you and your child on piercing safety and aftercare. I do not appreciate that I was not informed prior to arriving for my appointment that needle piercing wouldn’t be available. Probably because they knew I would go elsewhere.
