    I have always bought my cologne here for years, The service I received in the store yesterday was so horrible I deleted my Sephora account entirely and gladly went to Nordstrom and paid $20 more for the same product. I can also clearly see in the reviews I’m not the only one that has been treated very poorly here.

    Never been so disappointed at a Sephora ! Waited over 15 minutes at the pickup station while the saleswoman was talking! She saw me, but did not stop to attend a client! Then she was not in a mood to answer my questions, I went to others salesperson, but unfortunately it was the same event though Sephora was not full. My bill was over 100$ but when asked for sample, I hardly got one. I had to back for a refund, what a mistake, the salesperson was even worse than the first time. Maybe some training in how to attend a client is needed in this Sephora.

    Dear Sephora Management, My friends and I visited the Sephora store in Burlington near closing time. We were hoping to purchase a perfume, but the size we needed was not available on display. One of your employees kindly asked a colleague to bring a sample from the stockroom. Unfortunately, the colleague (a woman with a short bob haircut) closed the door rather abruptly in front of us. This came across as discourteous and left us feeling unwelcome, even though we had not broken any rules or delayed the staff in any way. As a loyal customer, I was quite surprised by this experience. I value Sephora not only for its products but also for the service, which has always made shopping enjoyable. I hope this incident can be addressed so that all customers continue to feel comfortable and appreciated, regardless of the time they visit. I’m Rogue customer.
