  I went to see Jordyn at Rowan for my conch which i’ve been nervous about for a while and I LOVE IT! they talked me through the whole process and i felt barely any pain! everyone was so kind and welcoming and the jewelry options are so beautiful too, will def be back!!

  What an amazing time I had with my girls. Me and my two daughters went to Rowan after much consideration to get their ears pierced. We were greeted by a man who showed us several amazing options and settled on some great earrings. The nurse Jordan was so kind and helpful. We started all talking and i got convinced to do my seconds!! I feel so stylish! What an awesome store. I will never go anywhere else for our jewelry needs. 10 out of 10 service and such quality I have never seen in a piercing store.

  I was treated a lot differently when I went back here for a post-piercing change than I was when i was paying close to $200 for a piercing/tip. Was told that piercing changes weren’t offered on the weekend but they would “make an exception” and fit me in next and to wait inside. I asked if I could shop around the mall and have them call me, and they said no since I would be next. Very long story short, I ended up waiting over an hour since my arrival to get my piercing changed. During this time, two people had come in for piercing changes (which I was told they did not do) and the man checked their ears and told them they didn’t need it. I was thinking that he didn’t check mine or show me the same sort of care or service at all, but brushed it off. I was getting increasingly frustrated when multiple customers came in after me and the same guy told them they could shop and he would call them after telling me no. Stuck on the bench, I watched two people get serviced before me. A guy who was late to his appointment that got there after me started complaining to the same guy who helped me, and he was also let in front of me. So if I throw a fit and complain I get to go? At this point I was lied to several times, treated disrespectfully, and had to wait for 3 people to get piercings before I was serviced. To top it off, when it was finally my turn to go, I sit down in the chair and the piercer tells me I don’t even need a downsize!!! Such a waste of time, unprofessional environment, and lack of good management. Would never recommend this place and am upset I gave so much money to them in the first place.
