  I saw someone post this place on instagram and I went to look more into it. I liked the idea of a nurse doing the piercing, they’re just more careful ya kno?? My baby is 1 years old so ofc I wanted someone with experience. As I walked in the store I was greeted right away and asked if I needed help. They informed me of the process and to book an appointment. Then I realized I needed to change my kid’s diaper knowing my appointment was in like 5 minutes. The staff was understanding and said yes that’s okay. I came back and they immediately put me in. My nurse was Krystina. Amazing woman! So nice!!! She was very patient and made sure my baby was okay. She made me comfortable and waited until I was ready to start, explained the process and aftercare. I also just learned about hypo allergic earrings, never heard of them. So I will be back for earrings for sure. Great service, would recommend. It is pricey but it depends on the earrings u chose FYI but I thought it was worth it.

  I had such a great experience with Kelly and Brett at Rowan. They were incredibly patient and kind while helping my daughter with her friction bump, taking the time to really explain what was going on and how to care for it properly. They also did my other daughter’s second lobe piercing, and made her feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. Both Kelly and Brett were thorough with aftercare instructions and never made us feel rushed. Their professionalism, gentle approach, and genuine care made all the difference. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive piercing experience!

  Extremely disappointing and unprofessional Post Change experience at Rowan Burlington. My daughter got her ears pierced here with a needle about a month ago. We spent close to $300 (piercing + jewelry + tips). The nurse who performed the piercing clearly told us that we could come back in a month for free downsizing. Today, when we returned for the downsizing, they completed the change and then suddenly told us it would be $50 ($25 per ear), based on their “price list.” This directly contradicts what their own nurse told us the day of the piercing. When I asked them to contact the nurse who originally pierced my daughter, they refused. I asked for a manager, but was told the manager was “not here.” Since I was not willing to pay for something that was supposed to be free, they offered to change the earrings back to the original longer pair. Even that process was unprofessional — the person doing it was rough, and because her ears were changed twice in a row, the wound was irritated again. My daughter’s ear started bleeding during the change. By the evening, one ear became red, swollen, and painful. I am extremely unhappy with the service we received. The lack of consistency, refusal to verify what their own staff told us, poor customer service, and the unprofessional handling that caused my daughter pain are unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  I love the people who work at Rowan! Specifically Kylie, Addie, Brett and Kelly. Kylie pierced my ear and was SO kind and professional and Addie and Brett helped answer my million questions and suggested I come back into the store to ensure everything was okay with the piercing. Which, it WAS! The piercing Kylie gave me was healing beautifully. Kelly changed out a different piercing for me and gave me some additional great advice on the proper way to clean piercings. Thank you all so much for an amazing experience. Much love, and, be good to yourselves :)

  Emily did an excellent job with my training piercing. I’ve had numerous piercings done, but this was by far the best and most painless experience I’ve ever had. She took her time, explained the process thoroughly, and I barely felt the initial piercing. I highly recommend her services. I wish I lived closer so I could return for more piercings!
