- KCKrista CortissozFeb 20, 20265.0I haven’t shopped with Lush for at least 5 years. Over the years when I would enter a location I was ignored or not spoken to until it was time to pay. This past holiday season I went back to gift shop for my management team who all loves Lush and pamper/self care moments. The team in the Burlington Mall is one of the best teams I’ve ever experienced. The patience, knowledge, and just overall joy and care they had to not only help me, but just be there was unmatched. They helped me find gifts that best suited each one of my managers and they were all spot on. I just revisited this location on Valentines Day to get a bath bomb for myself and ended walking out with 4 bath bombs and a gift set all for myself. The store manager Jayde (I’m sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong!) greeted me right away and took care of me without a second thought. The rest of her team there that night was so kind and sweet. As someone who’s also in retail management and company’s main focus is guest experience and unreasonable hospitality it was a breath of fresh air to walk into another retailer and get an amazing experience multiple times back to back. Thank you to this team for getting me hooked back into Lush - you’re all amazing!

Thank you-Sophia & Ray were super helpful, cheerful showing us a demo of the watermelon bubble bar that would be so perfect to do while having a mani and pedi!!! So super relaxing too when stressed good way to relax release your inner bubble lol. The feel the smell super hydrating with real watermelon seeds too!! Also proceeds give to groups that help children in Gaza.
