We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.
Firstly, let me quote Lush’s own return policy per their website: “We always want you to be happy with your Lush purchase. But if you're not, we make returns and exchanges easy. You can exchange any product or gift that you're not satisfied with—for whatever reason.” So, I went in to exchange some haircare products and toothpaste that didn’t work for me. When I brought it up to the girl behind the register, immediately a guy with facial hair came out from the back room to interrogate me: did I have my receipt? Why was I returning them? Why didn’t I like them? Why didn’t I have my receipt? How long ago did I purchase them? Where did I purchase them? And then proceeded to repeatedly let me know they don’t normally do “this,” meaning exchanges without a receipt. Went out of his way to tell me the products were pretty old and next time should bring them back sooner because usually exchanges are done in the first few months only (even though none of that’s mentioned anywhere in the policy.) Not only was the exchange not easy, it was unkind and unhelpful. He was condescending and rude. It was like he had never worked customer service before. I was treated with tremendous attitude for absolutely no reason. And it was made crystal clear that if my intent wasn’t to spend money I wasn’t wanted in the shop. Seriously a terrible interaction and wouldn’t recommend going to Lush for anyone hoping for a positive customer experience. Whoever that guy was working 10/6 night needs policy retraining, especially with how to treat your customers.

Had such an amazing experience today, first time ever at lush and I couldn’t be more pleased with how friendly and welcoming the staff were. I was assisted by Ivy & Emily and they were both so amazing and extremely helpful. Will definitely be back again!!

I guess they don’t open with the rest of the mall or the hours are wrong - still haven’t opened doors at 10:16am. Wasted time and gas getting here. Sat across the way waiting since before 10 but none of the four people inside ever touched the doors.
