We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

Shoutout to Diva, Tiffany, and Gabe! Also shoutout to the other 2 workers who names I forget to get but it was the person with the glasses and cool tattoos who gave me a sample of the cuticle butter (bless you my hands were so dry) and another kind person with the red shirt who was so sweet and showing kids how the bathbombs worked. A lady came in today and was very stand offish with one of the workers but they handle it with grace and composure. The lady left saying she would complain to corporate!!!! Not on my watch! These workers are always so kind and willing to help find the products that are prefect for you and take their time showing you all the wonderful options. Not only that but they are super friendly and feel like friends I haven’t seen in a while every time I come in. They always strike a conversation and check to see if you need help. So kind. I always will stand by Lush, it’s the only store where I have been to multiple locations where all the staff is kind. Lovely staff and amazing vibes. I will be back for sure!!!

They take the time to really explain the products—what they do, how to use them, and which ones might work best for you. What makes it even more special is how kind they are to kids. They encourage them to try things, ask questions, and be part of the experience, which makes the visit fun and memorable for the whole family. You can tell the staff genuinely care and love what they do. Thank you to the hardworking Lush team for always going above and beyond and making every visit such a great experience!
