  Infected along with several other people I met in the waiting room. I got a simple double lobe piercing. About three months in, I went in and they cleared me to downsize the posts and start wearing other jewelry. It quickly became super infected, ultimately requiring antibiotics from my doctor. When I went to a reputable local piercer to address the infection, they informed me the piercing had been done at an angle, making it much more prone to complications. About four/five months after the original piercing, still healing, with a big upcoming personal event, I went back to buy a matching stud for the double piercing on my other side, so I wouldn’t be mismatched. They sold me a piece of piercing jewelry I later realized I couldn’t even use (and that was more expensive than their standard jewelry). They were really difficult about issuing me a refund for the piercing and jewelry (they initially told me they would), though they eventually did. Between medical bills and corrective work with a qualified piercer, this experience cost me hundreds. I strongly recommend going to an experienced local professional instead.

  I had a really good experience at this place. They use high-quality materials, which made me feel safe for my piercing. The space is very clean, and they have separate areas for piercings, which feels professional and comfortable. The jewelry is also very good quality, perfect for healing. The staff is super kind and attentive, they made me feel calm the whole time. I definitely recommend this place!

  DONT COME HERE. If you are like me and decide to get piercing spontaneously, this is not the place. I went here and got a double helix 2 weeks ago. Originally, I was going to get just a single helix and a tragus on my left ear. However, the piercer, Daniel, said I didn’t have the anatomy for it which I thought was strange. I asked them if I could get a double helix instead since I wanted 2 piercings still. He hesitated and said yes. So I went through with that and worst decision ever. The top helix is completely slanted into my ear. I paid $265 and for that price, doing it incorrectly shouldn’t be the case. I didn’t notice it was slanted when I left there because it was so bloody. AN ABSOLUTE disaster. He did not know what he was doing and I stand by that because he looked at my ear with confusion when it was bleeding and ask how it was feeling. Also, he was looking at my ear a lot when he was done with the piercing. I believe he knew he messed up and didn’t wanna own up to it. Btw, he sat beside me to do the piercing which I also thought was strange because the angle he pierced at obviously would cause it to be slanted. I never want anyone at this place to touch my ear again. HERES THE KICKER, today I went to the professional piercing place that I normally go too and they said that I IN FACT the anatomy for a Tragus piercing. So he lied. This place does so much misadvertising. How can you say that you can do all ear piercings but you have staff that don’t know how to do basic ones. You might have thought I pierced it myself. Which I did my fourth lobe myself and I am no professional but it came out better than what he did. DO GET PIERCED AT STUDS AND ESPECIALLY NOT WITH DANIEL.
