Avoid coming here for brand events, they’re absolutely horrible and only give the free gifts with purchase to who they feel like giving them to and will change their mind after you make the purchase. Extremely unprofessional. They act like you purchasing from their brand is them doing you a favor. I’m a rouge, I felt like the brand reps don’t even want to talk to you and you have to keep asking for assistance and what the incentives are. Zero customer service and professionalism. Also noticed they’re usually just talking with other Sephora workers and it’s an inconvenience for them to ask them anything and interrupting their talk. Be serious…

I really love how big this Sephora is and how it’s stocked with the high end brands, I’m a rouge and I recently attended multiple events here and the representatives have been so stand offish and rude. They’re busy talking to their co-workers and gossiping. I went to a Kerastase event today and the representative shouldn’t be working this type of job. I had genuine questions about the products and needed help on which line to purchase. I actually drove over an hour to just attend this event specifically. She gave me short ended answers and I could tell didn't want to be bothered. I worked in retail and sales for many years, so I know to just respond in kindness with retail workers because I completely understand how you could just be having a bad day. She had some slick remarks and it turned my mother off from purchasing products because of how bad her attitude was. I knew there is usually gifts with purchase with events, I had to ask her 3 times what it was which was odd because she wouldn’t be straight forward. She also had no samples of anything- that’s fine. Eventually she finally said that if you buy 2 full size products you get xyz. I looked up reviews about the products myself on my Sephora app, and I ended up purchasing over $230 worth of Kerastase products instore. 4 full size products. Plus another approximately $80 online for a set they didn’t have in stock in store, so over $300. I also purchased my mom 2 full size items so she gets the free gifts herself because I wanted her to have fun since we drove so far and enjoy the event and she did end up liking the products she saw in store. I saw she got upset with the brand rep and wanted to turn her mood around. After, When my mom and I showed her our receipt and purchases, she changed her mind about what the free gifts were and said we could only get one item each but before I made the multiple purchases she said we each get to pick a hair item and pick a makeup bag..? When I asked her to clarify twice, she again gave us another answer and said “idk why the brand is doing this.” We have no idea what she meant by this, we just left but it was honestly one of the weirdest experiences I had at a Sephora.

Store had no fragrance testers in stock, almost every perfume tester is completely empty, genuinely the most unkept Sephora I have ever visited. Truly disappointed. Will not be returning.

Iris thank you so much for saving my face and recommending such a great product and helping me have such a great experience while shopping. (Give this lady a raise). From start to finish Iris was amazing with educating me on my skin and helping me with my skin needs. I have sensitive skin and have had a struggle with finding products that work for me. So after two weeks of following her directions and using the products I can confidently see a difference in my skin. GO IRIS
