    Out of all the Sephora locations in the Boston area, this one used to be my favorite, unfortunately, today I had the worst experience. A manager (I assume) attempted to assist me but kept calling for other associates, and no one responded, even though the store was nearly empty and employees were just walking around. Eventually, one associate(the only person who was kind and helpful) came over to assist me. When I went to check out, I was directed to go walk to the associate instead of being helped at the register. The associate was extremely rude, no greeting, no basic courtesy. When I asked for help adding my card to the system, she refused and said, in a very disrespectful tone, “No, we don’t do that here.” I ended up paying with Apple Cash just to accommodate her, rather than receiving any actual assistance. A simple concealer purchase should not be this frustrating or unpleasant. I truly hope this review is seen by someone who can address these issues.
