I go to the Four Seasons in West Palm Beach and consistently have exceptional massages, so I expected a comparable level of service here. I specifically asked the therapist, to focus on the knots in my upper back, and they were never addressed. She said I’d need more messages to work through them but the four seasons in west palm does it perfectly ever time in 50 min. I am leaving with significantly more tension than when I arrived and before the holidays things extremely upsetting and frustrating. I shared this feedback at checkout and was told nothing beyond acknowledgment. On top of that, I was not offered Prosecco, while nearly every other guest in the space had it. When I asked, I was told it needed to be requested, which felt inconsistent and unwelcoming to me. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and unfortunately I will not be returning.

Lilia was so sweet and attentive, taking wonderful care of my friends and I. My masseuse, Erin, was phenomenal—she truly fixed my back. I left feeling completely refreshed and cared for. I will definitely be coming back!
